40 ounces of energy

So, I was just sitting there, minding my business ...

My best friend and I laughed at the idea of me intentionally bewitching someone by soaking my worn panties in alcohol and serving it to them as a drink (which is apparently a regional version of the whole menstrual blood in the spaghetti thing that Black Americans consider "Hoodoo 101").

Without this soul-justifying laughter, we wouldn't be here, where we are now, hustling concepts on the internet. But here we are and mama's got bills to pay.

the lore behind

morrow: mirror

MORROW : MIRROR was born from the ruins of end-stage capitalism and the lifelong dream of a storefront that could house imagination like a shrine. It’s my soft launch into sacred commerce—because if I had an OnlyFans, y’all would call it sex work instead of art, and probably pay me more. But this is the way I’m trying to break even, with altar relics, jungle water, and a little witchy hope. I miss something I can’t name. For a while, PÜSI WATA filled that gap. So I built this space: a portal, a spell, a way to laugh and cry and maybe survive.

The masquerade at the center of this exhibit is named MORROW : MIRROR but she is not for sale.
